Porter Research

Interactive Bureau has a close association with Porter Research, an independent research company, which provides our clients with independent appraisals of their own Web sites, of their competitors' Web sites, and Web sites within particular industry sectors.

Porter Research are experts in understanding, what makes Web sites attractive, what makes them user friendly, and what makes people want to come back to them.

We also use Porter Research to appraise the usability of our own work through its development processes.

Since 2001, Interactive Bureau has been commissioning Porter Research to produce annual reports into the quality of the FTSE100 Companies Home Pages and Key Government Web sites. Further information can be found in the 'Our Products' section.
